Onboarding Payment
The first step in your onboarding is to get your onboarding payment out of the way. Blue Shield charges a one time $100 dollar onboarding fee in order to set up your account.
We use Stripe to process all of our payments, and once your payment is submitted, you’ll be brought to the Property Management Agreement right after.
Sign Your Agreement
As soon as your pay your onboarding fee, you’ll be immediately brought to your Property Management agreement. Please take your time and fill out all the required information.
You’ll be asked to provide your property information and existing tenant information. You’ll also be asked for your Zelle account information in order to receive your rent deposits. Zelle is compatible and provided by nearly every major bank.
If you don’t already have a Zelle, go to your bank’s mobile app or website and create a Zelle. Contact your bank if you need additional help.
Your Onboarding Zoom Call
Once the above two steps are complete, you’ll be asked to schedule your onboarding zoom call using a calendar.
By default, the dates provided will be at least one week away from the day you sign up, in order to provide time for our team to set up your account.
The onboarding call is conducted via zoom, and is meant to ensure that all information we have is accurate and to walk you through the process of viewing your account information. We will also address any additional questions you might have at this time.
